Bagel with salmon and mozzarella

Time: 15 min


Ingredients for four people

  • 1 bagel
  • ideally with poppy seeds
  • Tube of Rio Mare Salmon patè
  • 150g mozzarella - A few lettuce leaves
  • A sprig of dill
  • black pepper 


1. Slice the bagel in half. 

2. Garnish one half with the lettuce leaves followed by the sliced mozzarella and season with a little pepper, then cover generously with salmon paté. 

3. Top with chopped dill and cover with the other half of the bagel. 

4. Serve.
