Brown bread club sandwich with salmon and watercress

Ingredients for four people

  • 3 slices of brown bread with seeds
  • Tube of Rio Mare Pink Salmon Paté
  • 1 tomato
  • 100g cream cheese handful of watercress


  1. Slice the tomatoes, then place onto two of the slices of bread and cover with a layer of cream cheese.
  2. Squeeze over a generous helping of salmon paté and top with the watercress.
  3. Place the other slice of bread on top and serve. 

Mise En Place:

Tomato juice flavoured with a celery stalk.
