3 slices of brown bread with seeds
Tube of Rio Mare Salmon Pâté
1 tomato
100g cream cheese
handful of watercress

Tomato juice flavoured with a celery stalk.

Prep:
Slice the tomatoes, arrange on two of the slices of bread and cover with a layer of cream cheese. Squeeze over a generous helping of salmon pâté, complete with the watercress, and place one of the pieces of bread and topping on top of the other. Complete the sandwich with remaining slice of bread, cut in half and serve.
