Ingredients for four people:

2 160g packets of Tonno Rio Mare - 4 ripe tomatoes - 1 fresh small white onion - 1 stick of celery - parsley - a twig or two of fresh oregano - 2 eggs – 20ml of olive oil - salt

Prep:
1. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes. While they are cooking, dice the tomatoes, cut the celery and the onion into thin slices and chop the parsley and the oregano.

2. Place the tomatoes, the celery, the onion and the herbs into a bowl, dress with the oil and a pinch of salt and leave them aside for 10 minutes.

3. Cut the eggs lengthways and then in half. Arrange the tuna on a dish, garnish with the eggs and marinated tomatoes and serve.

A tasty alternative: Replace the onion with 2 teaspoons of small capers in vinegar.
