Ingredients for four people:

400g of ready-made pizza base – 1 160g packet of Tonno Rio Mare all’Olio d’Oliva - 250g of tomato pulp – 1/2 red onion– 200g of mozzarella – olive oil – oregano – salt

A piece of fruit will nicely round off this high-spirited dish!

Prep:
1. Cut the onion into very thin slices, dice the mozzarella, season the tomato pulp with a pinch of salt and a dash of oregano. Add the slightly drained tuna to the tomato and mix delicately.

2. Place the pizza base in a baking tin previously greased with olive oil, and spread the tuna and tomato condiment on top, followed by the onion rings and the mozzarella.

3. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220° for about 40 minutes.
