Bruschetta with tuna fish and green sauce

Ingredients for four people:

8 slices of baguette bread – 1 240g packet of Tonno Rio Mare all’Olio d’Oliva - 1 boiled egg –parsley – 1 spoon of capers in vinegar– 1 clove of garlic – 1 fresh hot chilli pepper

Pairs nicely with fresh vegetables and a piece of fruit!

Prep:
1. Remove the parsley leaves from the stalks. Chop them finely along with the capers and the garlic and place in a bowl. Add the chilli pepper (cut into rings) and the boiled egg (cut into pieces). Add some of the oil from the tuna fish and mix.

2. Toast the bread slices on a grill or in a pan and place the sauce on top. Round off with well drained pieces of tuna and serve immediately.
