Bruschetta “caprese” with tomato and rocket

Ingredients for four people:

8 slices of baguette – 1 240g packet of Tonno Rio Mare all’Olio d’Oliva – 200g of mozzarella – 2 ripe tomatoes– 1 clove of garlic – 40ml of olive oil – a few leaves of rocket – salt– pepper

Pair it with a side dish of vegetables and a piece of fresh fruit!

Prep:
1. Cut the mozzarella into 8 slices and thinly dice the tomatoes. Drain the tuna and break it into pieces. Toast the bread slices on a grill or in a pan.

2. Rub each slice of bread with the garlic, dress with some oil and place some rocket, a slice of mozzarella and some tomato on top. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Add the tuna and decorate with rocket leaves. Serve straight away
