Ingredients for four people:

2 packets of Le Delizie Rio Mare salmon pâté - 225g of flour – 2 eggs – 2.5 dl of milk – 1 sachet of instant yeast for savoury pies -50g of fresh cream – butter – parsley, dill and chopped chives – salt.

Prep:
1. Separate the egg whites and the yolks, warm the milk, dissolve the yeast into it, then add the flour, the yolks and a pinch of salt. Add 50g of melted butter and the chopped herbs. Whip the egg whites and cream and add them gently to the mixture.

2. Allow to settle for a few minutes. Grease a small non-stick pan with some butter and cook the mixture in spoonfuls at a time, browning on both sides.

3. Serve the resulting blinis lukewarm and add the salmon pâté only at the moment of serving.

A tasty alternative:
Replace the blinis with flat bread made from pizza dough kneaded with the herbs.
