Ingredients for four people:
2 packets of Le Delizie Rio Mare salmon pâté - 225g of flour – 2 eggs – 2.5 dl of milk – 1 sachet of instant yeast for savoury pies -50g of fresh cream – butter – parsley, dill and chopped chives – salt.
2. Allow to settle for a few minutes. Grease a small non-stick pan with some butter and cook the mixture in spoonfuls at a time, browning on both sides.
3. Serve the resulting blinis lukewarm and add the salmon pâté only at the moment of serving.
